Michael Clark
Artist Biography
Michael Clark was born in 1982 and grew up in Traverse City, Michigan. He earned a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Painting from Kendall College of Art and Design. Michael also studied at the prestigious Palette and Chisel Academy of Fine Art in Chicago and the Art Students League in Denver with many world renowned artists. Michael has an innate ability to capture light and color in his contemporary impressionistic oil paintings. His work is influenced by the beauty of the natural world around us. Gathering inspiration from the peaceful aspen groves and scenic mountain views near his home in Salida, Colorado. Michael is a national award winning artist who has been featured in Southwest Art magazine and is a signature member in the American Impressionist Society.
